Refund / Shipping — Policy

Refund Policy - All sales are final. As everything is handmade/made to order. We don’t do returns or exchanges unless the item comes damaged in shipment, or there’s a defect we’ve missed before shipment out. This will be covered by the buyer unless it’s otherwise agreed that will cover it. 

Shipment Policy - Some of our items have a three week turn around time, with that being said sometimes they ship out earlier than expected other times it’s within the three week tat (blankets, bathing suits) BUSINESS DAYS run Monday to Friday, out side of those days they are not considered business days. We don’t give refunds due to the wait time as our shipment policy/ turn around time is clear.
